Weekly results

1.6 pounds is no 8 pound loss which is what it needed to be to make up for my body's disagreement with the scale 2 weeks ago.
So I think this calls for more drastic measures.
I have started to wear a pedometer last week my total was 5000 for the whole week! I think my meter reset itself. I know I walked more then that. I'll have to log it every day just Incase.
