Another diet

So I've started yet another diet. This one is called shape for life. This photo is an example of breakfast. Appetizing yes?!?
Any way it involves 6 small meals a day and they are very small.
I'm currently on day 3. The first day was fine I fell full in fact my stomach was uncomfortable for the last half of the day. The meals are very high in protein.
Day 2 wasn't too bad but after about 5 I had eaten all the extra veggies I'm allowed. Today I ate them at lunch. It's just 5 now I hope I make it to dinner.
