So I'm working out at 5:30AM 4 days a week. Plus 2 evenings a week I'm taking a cycling class. I'm completely exhausted most of the time.
I've been doing this for 5 weeks now. And have not lost any weight! What the heck is up with that?
I have decided to give up diet coke for the next 6 weeks. We will see if that has any effect.
