Lost 5 pounds!
I didn't post my weight loss on Tuesday. I lost 5 pounds that's 11 pounds in 3 weeks. Not too shabby!

Exercise
It's been 3 weeks on this plan I didn't lose anything last week. I've exercised a lot this week I hope it helps. Weigh in tonight. Wish me luck.
